Cable Television and Broadband Internet Installation - Cypress Communications, Inc. has been completing residential and commercial Cable Television installations since 1983. All Cypress Communications, Inc. technicians are drug tested and have passed a rigorous background check. Our dedicated technicians provide the finest in quality workmanship and customer relations. All of our technicians are uniformed and have new model fully equipped trucks or vans. Our technicians are fully trained and attend a weekly continuing education class, which is held at our facilities. Our Broadband Internet technicians are highly trained and are capable of not only installing Broadband Internet service, but also capable of completing the digital or standard Cable Television installation at the same time, therefore avoiding a second trip to the customers home. Our technicians are fully dispatched by our in-house dispatch department. Our dispatch department is equipped with computers that are networked to the cable television company’s computers, allowing us to code out work and activate digital converters and cable modems as the work is completed in the field.
